The latest generation of gaming consoles have probably been the hardest to get your hands on since they have all been out of stock, in all retailers, since they were released. All current-gen consoles are nearly impossible to buy right now at MSRP. The PS 5, Xbox Series X, and Series S can’t be be bought without spending double MSRP right now and the Switch OLED is totally out of stock as well.

If you have been looking to buy yourself a PlayStation 5 console, I have good news for you. According to the latest rumors on the internet, Target warehouses all over the United States are getting thousands and thousands of PS 5 units. Target is not going to sell the PS 5 in stores, however, they are going to restock the PS 5 online and you will supposedly be able to order it for pick up in a local store. 

PS 5 Target Drop Rumor

If you ended up missing out the PS 5 and Xbox Series X drop that occurred in GameStop, don’t despair because according to the latest rumors Target is going to have a massive drop of a bunch of PS 5 units which you will be able to order for pick up in stores. 

As you can see in the Tweet below, according to a credible stock tracker, Target locations across the country may do a small drop tomorrow between 6-9am and Best Buy may do a PS 5 drop tomorrow between 7-8am ET. Best Buy and Target both usually do drops in the morning so if you have time, it is definitely a good idea to be up tomorrow morning and get yourself a PS 5 if it becomes available.
