Recently VR gaming has been improving going from an expensive luxury requiring a $500+ headset and a $1000 gaming PC to something that can be played on a $200 Oculus Quest. Right now the PSVR is one of the most popular headsets on the market as all you need is a PS 4 and the headset doesn’t cost too much. This combined with the massive game library you have a wonderful VR headset that is very accessible in terms of price. Well, Sony is definitely going to release a new VR headset for the next-generation of PlayStation consoles and we have got our hands on new leaks and rumors for you.

Inside-Out Tracking With New PS 5 Controllers

If you have been following the latest news in the gaming market, you have definitely seen the new PlayStation controller. The DualSense controller has received some controversy throughout the gaming community well, we have gotten our hands on some rumors claiming that the PS 5 controller is going to feature Inside-Out tracking. The rumors claim that Sony placed the lights on the front of the controller (as you can see below,) so that the PSVR 2’s cameras can use the controller lights for inside-out tracking. We know that the PS 5 is going to get support for the current PSVR system but Sony will most likely release a new PSVR headset to take advantage of the power that comes with the PlayStation 5.

Thanks to the latest rumors about the PSVR 2 we know that the next-generation of PSVR headset is going to get new technology that may even allow it to work wirelessly. This means that you may be able to use the PSVR 2 without being forced to deal with all the hassle that is caused by those wires on the normal headsets.
